Taking advantage of the unseasonably warm weather (a balmy 39 degrees), the Falling Illini spent last Saturday at 14,000 ft. I’d like to congratulate Rishabh Mehta for braving the cold and the clouds and making his first static-line jump with us.

Yikes!
I remember jumping in early February at Archway a couple years ago, sliding on the snow in the landing area and falling on my butt. Shortly thereafter I went inside (didn’t pack right away cause I couldn’t feel my fingers) and drank coffee in the pilot’s lounge to warm up. It was brutally cold that winter, it sounds like you guys have gotten some decent weekends recently though.
Congrats, and know that someday… somewhere… it will get warmer.
